Anytime we receive a request for a repair from the tenant, we immediately connect with them to determine the potential cause. If it’s a tenant's responsibility, we connect them with our preferred vendors to coordinate the repair. If it’s a landlord's responsibility, we will notify the owner while simultaneously notifying our vendors of the issue and requesting an estimate for repair/replacement. We handle all tenant requests for maintenance, supervise, and provide photos of completed work for all major repairs of the home.
